It seems like Rappler have jumped to conclusions without verifying the facts. Rappler has put out a story on corruption charges against Ice Seguerra. Liza was so angry at Rappler because the way it was written was so malicious and irresponsible. Rappler’s basis for Ice’s corruption was that his meal expenses have amounted to 234 thousand pesos, which may seem really high for just a single person.
